I love the rugs you made for my New York City guest room project, they are so pretty! I loved working with your design program [and team] to custom color and scale your designs to fit my project needs. Being able to add my own design elements was a bonus extra enabling me to create truly custom, one of a kind rugs for my client, what designer doesn't love that! The finished rugs are so incredibly plush and soft under foot! The client is very happy and they are holding up extremely well to the wear and tear of being in a commercial venue, a big plus. Thank you for bring the job in on time and on budget, you guys were awesome! Most impressive was how quickly you turned around making a replacement, when one of the pieces was damaged in transit...couple of photos, no stalling, and you were on it. It's been 2 months since I received my rugs from High Country Rugs. From start to finish, the process was an absolute pleasure. Brian Harris was extremely helpful with my custom designs, both in shape and in pattern. He then sent me the swatches so I knew exactly which colors to select. Once the final designs were achieved, it was a relatively short time in which I received both rugs, exactly to my specs. I would say that anyone who is looking for "just the right rug" should stop looking and call High Country Rugs. You will get EXACTLY what you want, instead of searching for hours online or in stores, only to find a rug that was close to what you wanted, but "could have been" better. In the time it takes for most catalogs/stores to deliver, you can design and ultimately take delivery of your very own custom rug. The rug is getting rave reviews. Not only by me, but for everyone who sees it. I continue to be very impressed by the ease of the design process and the accuracy and beauty of the colours. The wool texture is gorgeous, of course, and the workmanship exquisite. Even the protective wrapping was a work of art.
